As usual, first, a blog post about the trip meals that didn’t win Best Meal of the Trip, but are worth mentioning. Food in Salt Lake City is actually surprisingly good.
First is Chubby’s, my favorite Salt Lake City Mexican chain:
It’s pretty low key, but the food is really good.
I had a Denver Omelet at JB’s Family Restaurant. It’s ratings aren’t that hot, but I actually really enjoyed it:
This is the Pad Kee Mao from Sabaidee:
This was a 3/5 and not very spicy, so need to get a spicier version next time.
Next is the spicy Italian from Pieology. Make your own pizza places are awesome.
And the last one is the runner up. The Sashimi plate at Nori Bar and Grill:
This was excellent and almost won.
